From when we open the gates at Noon on Saturday July 4, 2009 through the official start of the 2009 Nats on Wednesday, July 8, 2009, we will again be having a Non-Evant Evant. For the most part, we do not actually know what's going to be happening during this time - hence Non-Evant Evant. About the only thing we're sure of so far is we'll be having movies every night because they were so popular when we did them during the 33rd Nats. We're hoping to have a double feature every night. Matinees are possible, but until we decide for sure, don't hold us to anything. Also, we are probably going to have another Junk Yard Tour on either Monday or Tuesday. Details on that as soon as we figure it out.

If, during any of these days, you or your club want to host a party, sponsor a band, have a cookout, play games, go on a road trip, whatever, it's completely up to you. All we ask is that if you want to have some type of organized happening such as just mentioned during this Non-Evant, let us know first so we know about it beforehand. We can also post it here on the website (or not if you'd rather).

The grounds will be open and there will be plenty of water and electric. And for those of you who are experienced vanners, you probably already know the most important aspect of coming to a Non-Evant like this - you get to pick your camping spot before everyone else gets there!

Parking on the grounds during this time is $10/day/van plus $10/day/trailer plus $1/extra persons (16 or older), payable at the gate.
